Yes, and it’s free. A 20-minute consultation lets your nurse or therapist assess your skin, understand what you’re hoping to change, and rule out anything that would make a particular treatment unsuitable. For any treatment involving a prescription medicine, an in-person assessment is a legal requirement, not a formality. Most skin treatments can be performed in the same visit if you decide to go ahead.
Injectable treatments at our Mango Hill clinic are performed by cosmetic registered nurses who hold current AHPRA registration. Skin and laser treatments are performed by qualified skin and laser therapists. You’ll be told who is treating you when you book, and you’ll see the same practitioner across a treatment plan wherever scheduling allows.

Appointments are generally available within the week; Saturday mornings and late-afternoon slots fill first, so book those further ahead.
Our published prices: medical-grade peels from $160 per treatment, or $450 for a course of three. Jessner peels from $190. Vascular and pigmentation laser from $90 for a spot treatment, $200 for a quarter face, $350 for a full face. Laser Genesis full face $325. Lounge Club members pay considerably less: $120, $160, $70, $150, $280 and $250, respectively. Prices for treatments involving prescription medicines can’t be published and are discussed during your consultation.
